This 30-minute module is designed to educate novice technicians about general automotive systems, and help them identify common components.

The module is the first component of a blended learning program and contains explanation videos from the course instructor, detailed technical drawings and animations, and interactive knowledge checks.

Safety Training

This 20-minute module is designed to educate road service technicians about critical safety practices. This a standalone module that can be incorporated into various curriculums based on the job profile. It has been approved to provide independent owners with liability insurance discounts in some territories.

The module provides practice opportunities for the learner by demonstrating the ideal method for several safety practices. Then the learner is presented with a demonstration by a novice technician where they must identify the safety risk in each scenario. As they complete each scenario, they are completing a safety checklist job aid, that they can keep in their service vehicle as a reminder.

Onboarding

This 10-minute module is intended to provide new associates with a high-level overview of the organization.

The module is the first component of a 90-day blended onboarding program. It contains animated infographic style videos to explain general concepts along with interactive elements and knowledge checks throughout.
